We just went through our 2nd house purchase and 1st sale with Ted, and couldn't recommend him strongly enough to anyone else looking for their next realtor. One thing in particular that stood out about Ted was his wealth of connections. Whether it was needing a recommendation for a lawyer, handyman or house cleaner Ted had a recommendation that turned out to be excellent each time. This really came in handy with the tight turnaround of our sale/purchase happening on the same day.
