We just went through our 2nd house purchase and 1st sale with Ted, and couldn't recommend him strongly enough to anyone else looking for their next realtor. Ted was readily available whenever called upon and made a point to regularly update us with the status of our new build once we had settled our decision. Ted had intimate knowledge of the neighborhoods we were interested in and made sure we were aware of things we would even know to consider.

One thing in particular that stood out about Ted was his wealth of connections. Whether it was needing a recommendation for a lawyer, handyman or house cleaner Ted had a recommendation that turned out to be excellent each time. This really came in handy with the tight turnaround of our sale/purchase happening on the same day. The buyers noticed something on the day that the house was supposed to close and within an hour, Ted had a contractor at the house to remedy the issue.
